To me, success means getting to do what you really want to do in your work life and in your love life, doing it very well, and feeling good about the fact that you’re doing it. It’s finding your true purpose, and a way to live it out for the time that you have here. In the final analysis, I think you are a success when you are actively engaged in becoming the person you are most called by the Lord to be.

10 things I believe (and one I don’t):

      1. I believe that questions reveal people. And the RIGHT questions transform lives.
      2. I believe we achieve more when we have accountability.
      3. I believe the better the plan, the greater the success.
      4. I believe that God is all about relationships.
      5. I believe that my family is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
      6. I believe small victories are cause for celebration.
      7. I believe adults need recess.
      8. I believe in a daily faith practice.
      9. I believe in taking calculated risks; that’s when dreams are fulfilled.
      10. I believe in the forward movement of the whole person: emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, physically.

I don’t believe in just having a mission statement; I believe in having a mission.
